What we repair
We reset sunken or shifted pavers, handle paver joint sand replacement so the joints are fresh and stable, treat efflorescence (white haze), remove oil and rust stains, lift and reset pavers that have heaved from tree roots, and re-cut and replace cracked pavers.
Honest answers before we touch anything
If your pavers have widespread structural problems, failing base, drainage issues, tree-root damage on a major scale, we'll tell you straight. Sometimes the right answer is to bring in a hardscape installer. We'd rather lose the job than do work that won't last.
Pairing repair with sealing
Repair work without sealing afterward usually fails inside a year, weeds come back, sand washes out again, stains return. We almost always recommend repairing and sealing together to lock everything in for the long haul.

Common questions
- Can you fix pavers that have settled around my pool?
- Yes, settled pavers around pool decks are one of our most common repairs. We lift, re-bed, and reset them, then re-sand and seal the area.
- Do you replace individual cracked pavers?
- Yes. We carry compatible replacements in common Florida paver styles. For uncommon colors, we'll source a match before scheduling.
- How much does paver repair cost?
- It depends on square footage, condition, and finish (wet-look vs. natural). We give you a written quote on the free on-site inspection. No phone-quote guessing.
